Welcome to the Nurse Advisor Forum! Please read and fully understand these Rules and Guidelines prior to using the forum.
Here are the Official Rules and Guidelines for using the Forum here at nurseadvisormagazine.com, produced by the International Nurses Association.
- Please post in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting.
- The forum is open to members and non-members of the International Nurses Association, however the forum is restricted to Nurses and prospective nurses with a genuine interest in the field. Any other account created may result in being banned from the forum.
- Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Please report any members who you may notice being disrespectful or inappropriate towards other members of the forum. Note: Our forum is moderated and misuse may result in a warning or removal from the forum.
- Members are asked to not take an authoritative role and act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue regarding something in this policy we encourage that they bring it to the attention of a member of our moderation team. Please use the “post report” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself.
- Members should remember this board is aimed at a healthcare professional / nurse audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated.
- Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc.
- Members are encouraged to post in English, as this is primarily an English speaking community.
- Members are asked to respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline ([IMG][/IMG]) image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.
- Members should post in a way which is comfortable for other forum members. Users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT (utilize all caps consistently) or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts.
- Members must be accurate in the titles that they have earned (ie: RN, Dr., Nurse, LPN, LVN, etc.)
- Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting a new topic.
- Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering or soliciting services (charged and free). Recruiting members is not permitted and is also considered spam. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. If you have an interest in marketing a product, service, company or organization, please contact a Moderator to see if there are options available.
- Only one account is permitted to each forum member.
- Members may not offer or seek medical or legal advice.
- By utilizing the forum you agree to indemnify and hold nurseadvisormagazine.com and The International Nurses Association harmless from damages caused by content posted or submitted.
- Members agree that nurseadvisormagazine.com and The International Nurses Association have license to use and re-use your postings or other submissions however chosen and, unless agreed otherwise (as with a contest) does not have to compensate in any way for use of your submissions and postings.

- The moderation team and all INA / Nurse Advisor Administrators reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time.
- Members must be 13 years of age or older, and if under the age of 18, are using this forum under the supervision and account creation of a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to visit or otherwise utilize our site.
