I'm a new member here. I come from Vietnam. I hope to get accquainted with all of you and hope to get some experiences from this forum.

Good evening!

Can you give me some advices about nursing's management?What should i do to have an effective work? Thank you.

Good Morning!

Understanding the difference between a manager, and leader is very important. However to encompass traits of both roles, is something you should absolutely strive for. Seek out professional growth opportunities by becoming active. Read professional journals, attend relevant lectures and continue to purse higher education relevant to the nursing field.
