Eugenia completed her initial training in 1979, and in 1990 she graduated with her Associate Degree in Nursing from Tidewater Community College as a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she then earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing degree from Jacksonville University, and is also Clinical Transplant Certified.
