Jean attended and graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle and graduated in 1986 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Furthering her education, Jean later gained her Master of Nursing Degree. She is also board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and completed numerous training courses after her graduation.
