What Is Self-Esteem?
It is about your mindset: it’s simply how you rate your self-worth or feel about yourself. This feeling or opinion about yourself significantly impacts the choices you make in life and the level of confidence you have in yourself to accomplish certain things.
Why Do Women Suffer From Low Self-Esteem?
Considering our world today where social media is everything, we find ourselves as women constantly trying to judge our appearance based on what is on the media, thereby creating such a level of dissatisfaction with our looks. If you are skinny, beautiful skin, beautiful face with no frown lines, no sagging, acne-free, or pigmentation-free, then you are beautiful!
